Terms & Condition

  • We do everything we can to ensure that the prices on our websites are updated, and we try to keep our prices constant. But the Vendor/Service Provider reserve the right to change the product's prices at any time without further notice.
  • Deposit – RM2,000.00
  • 1st Payment 50% - within one month of booking period
  • Final payment 50% - 45 days before the event
  • Precautionary Deposit – RM2000 (refundable if no damages occur) – 45 days before the event date.
  • Food Cover Charges – RM500 (if Non Panel)
  • Cocktails (Hard drinks) Cover Charges – RM1000
  • Deco Cover Charges – RM500 (if non Panel Decorator)
  • Any changing of new date upon booking - 10% penalty fee is applicable for date change.
  • Rehearsal Charges – RM250/hour
  • Event Hall Extended Hour from the stated time above – RM1000/hour.
  • Any CANCELATION of Event: 40% from the payment made
  • Other Terms & Condition and House Rules (if any) will apply and be stated in our Confirmation Letter
