Terms & Conditiions

• The proposed rates are based on minimum number of passengers 2 traveling at one time in one vehicle or mentioned vehicle in above itinerary. If there is any change in number of passengers during final confirmation of the quotation then the price will vary and it will be charged accordingly.

• Siracha Tiger Zoo and Tiffany Show in Pattaya are permanently closed till further notice.
• Our proposal does not guarantee any room block with hotels until unless we receive confirmation in written from your end along with advance deposit to our company through credit card, cheque payment or Remittance.
• Hotels rooms, attractions, restaurants, transport is subject to availability at the time of your confirmation on our proposal and based on actual travel date. If in case travel date change it will effect the availability on all services again.
• Standard check-in time for most of the hotel is from 1400 PM & check-out time is at 1200 PM but it may vary so better to check always at time of confirmation of your booking.

• In general breakfast at most of the hotels are based on American buffet system if in case any guest have personal request they can speak to hotel staff directly as RedFox is not responsible if in case hotel is unable to provide their requirement.
• Budget hotels in Thailand which is also categorize as 3* in terms of their category provide basic services and amenities because of their competitive pricing. If in case guest is not happy or have issue with hotel upon check in they can address to hotel front office staff as RedFox hold no responsibility or able to refund If guest is like or dislike.
• Glass bottom boat activity has been stopped at Coral island (koh larn) in Pattaya since 04th April 2015 by the island authorities of Thailand so do inform your guest while they book their vacation.
• No refund of services if client canceled during tour due to any reason. For doing the booking of RT-PCR test on behalf of client we will be charging USD 8 per person per test as service fees.
• Any refund if in case applicable will be kept as deposit to adjust into next booking.
• Any refund from hotel if in case applicable will imply service charge of 7% from hotel and 5% from our company for admin fees.
• If first point of arrival is at Phuket the RT-PCR Test will be at Airport only once client arrive for which client will have to take appointment before travelling to Thailand, cost B 2600 per person per test in Phuket which is non-refundable once booked
• If first point of arrival at Bangkok airport then RT-PCR Test will be taken care by first hotel where client will take accommodation ( either in Bangkok or Pattaya) cost will be approx THB 2600 + which vary hotel to hotel, appointment before travelling to Thailand.
• All services are subject to operate as per COVID norms and can change depend on government norms and conditions
• As per Thailand Tourism Government we are only required to use those services which are SHA (SAFETY AND HEALTH ADMINISTRATION OF THAILAND) certified included, hotels, vehicles, sightseeing’s
• For every guest has to be fully 02 dose vaccinated atleast 14 days before the arrival as per WHO approvals vaccine only.

2.Apply for Thailand Pass via following link – https://tp.consular.go.th/ and follow steps:

1.Click on Non Thai Nationals

2.Choose NO Quarantine program which is effective from 01^st May 2022 and ready with following documents:

1.Passport

2.Certification of Vaccination with 02 dose atleast 14 days before the arrival as per WHO approvals vaccine only

3.Insurance coverage of USD 10,000 for Covid

3.Print Thailand Pass, Air Ticket, Vaccination Certificate and Insurance copy.

If any guest find positive upon arrival the guest will be transported directly to Hospital for 14 days period and expenses will be covered under the policy which they pre-buy of USD 10000 from their departure country.
