With a 500 pax seated banquet setting and up to 800 pax theater seating setting to serve the community, Venue Look handles various functions a year, which include: receptions, wedding ceremonies, birthdays, seminars, corporate functions, fundraisers and many more.

TERMS & CONDITION
- Minimum Deposit Fee is RM1,500
- If the Booking is cancelled, 6 months before the event date, booking is fully refundable. Otherwise there will be no refund.
- For each event the useage of the Hall is 5 hours (Air-Condition and Lighting), any additional 1 hour will incur an additional charge of RM100/hour
- Balance payment has to clear at least one week before the event.
- For arrangement and deco, hall open at 11am for dinner event and 1 am for morning event, for engagement or deco NO Air-Condition.
- For all all event there will will be a security DEPOSIT RM500, will be fully refundable if there is no any damage/major litters to our hall and hall equipment.
- If serve Alcohol, the empty bottles have to take back by client.
OUTSIDE CATERING
- No table cloths will be provided
- 8 buffet table will be provided and caterers have to arrange by them self
- All the balance food and rubbish have to take back by caterers
- Once the event over the buffet area and kitchen area to clean by the caterers
OUTSIDE DECORATION
- Hall open at 11am for dinner event and 1am for morning event, for arrangement and deco NO Air-Condition.
- NO any nailing or stapler in wall or plaster ceiling.
- All the deco have to dismantle in 2 hours time once the event is over, if more than that there will be additional charges of RM100 per hour.
