HALL ONLY PACKAGE

  • Package included the followings:-
    • 5 hours usage of ballroom. (Additional hour usage will be charged at RM750.00 per gridline)
    • Tables and chairs with Banquet set-up will be provided with accurate information given by client two weeks before the event date.
    • 1 unit of rostrum will be provided. (Additional rostrum request will be charged at RM200.00 per unit)
    • IBM tables with chairs for registration purpose at foyer set-up will be provided. (Quantity is subject to availability )
    • IBM tables with chairs for console and serving purpose set-up will be provided. (Quantity is subject to availability)
    • Complimentary parking lots and Reserved parking lots for VIP service is available.
    • Directory signages to the Event venue is provided in a basic design format.
    • Standard size of stage set-up for any purpose will be provided. (Additional portable stage request will be charged at RM500.00 per unit)

  • Portable LED Screen - 8P*5P (14.56 x 9.1ft) - RM2,200

Terms & Condition

  • Royal Indian Wedding Online do everything we can to ensure that the prices on our websites are updated, and we try to keep our prices constant. But the Vendor/Service Provider reserve the right to change the product's prices at any time without further notice.
  • The security deposit RM5,000 is imposed
  • The security deposit will be refunded if client does not break/violate the terms & conditions of Rental Agreement, as per Annex 1-1 & 1-2
  • The above rate is a promotional rate valid until 31 December 2021 with NO 6% SS
  • Air conditioning will not be provided during set-up time and before the event starts. However, RM400.00 per hour per gridline will be charged if client or relevant panels request for it.
  • Installation and dismantling work of any relevant decoration and other equipment brought in by the client or relevant panels ought to be arranged and done by client or the respective panel within the period authorized by the Management.
  • The client or relevant panel is responsible for any reparation work or replacement on damages done in the building facilities and equipment provided by the Management by reimbursing the cost of the damaged items.
  • Massive rubbish that caused by the event organizer ought to be cleared by themselves, otherwise charges will be implemented.
  • This quotation will be held for a maximum period of SEVEN (7) days from the date of quotation, no booking has been made unless a booking payment is made
  • The rate quoted will vary after the cut-off date, subject to the availability.
  • The rate quoted above may vary according to client's requirement. IDCC Shah Alam reserves the right to re-quote if the actual number of cover decrease.
  • The rate may also vary subject to the management decision in the event that Malaysia Government tax is revised.
  • Ideal Convention Centre Shah Alam reserves the right to allocate the hall, subject to availability and at the discretion of the Management.

HALL PAYMENT TERMS

  • A RM5,000.00 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking.
  • The balance are payable not later than TWO (2) WEEKS prior to the event date
  • Your booking will only be confirmed when proof of payment is received. This booking only guarantees the venue availability for the date originally booked. The booking and payment for the venue hire is non-refundable and non-transferable.
