Terms & Condition
- Clients are required to deposit a Refundable Security Deposit of RM2,000 for each Non Registered Vendor hired to operate within IDEAL Convention Centre premises
- Clients are required to arrange meeting for Non Registered Vendor to meet with IDEAL Convention Centre Management Office at least 2 months before the client's function/events for setup/dismantle and requirement briefing. Clients or suppliers are required to pay RM2,000 for Administration Fees for each supplier/vendor.
- Clients are fully responsible for any mass damages or problem caused by suppliers.
- Please ensure refundable deposit are collected within 2 weeks after event date or else the deposit will be FORFEITED.
